Cancellation Policy

Agreement to Terms By engaging in consultation services with Netta Dor Shalgi or NDS Design Inc., you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement defines the services provided, limitations of liability, and your responsibilities as the client. These terms may be updated without prior notice. Scope of Services Consultations provide advisory services in areas such as product design, business strategy, concept development, marketing, crowdfunding, and personal development if requested. The scope will be determined based on the client’s needs and agreed duration. No Guarantee of Results NDS Design Inc. and Netta Dor Shalgi provide recommendations based on experience and expertise but do not guarantee specific results, financial success, or business outcomes. Clients assume full responsibility for implementing any advice given. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during consultations unless otherwise agreed in writing. NDS Design Inc. will not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than providing consultation services. Payment Terms Consultations must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are non-refundable once the session has occurred. Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice for a full refund or rescheduling; failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the fee. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDS Design Inc. and Netta Dor Shalgi are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the consultation, including but not limited to financial losses or business setbacks. Advice is provided based on the information shared, with no guarantees of its effectiveness. Release from Liability By participating in a consultation, you agree to release NDS Design Inc. and Netta Dor Shalgi from any claims, liabilities, or damages, whether personal, professional, or financial, arising from the advice given or actions taken. The client remains solely responsible for any decisions made. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in Pennsylvania state courts. Acceptance of Terms By engaging in consultation services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms, and agree to release NDS Design Inc. and Netta Dor Shalgi from any liability to the extent permitted by law.
